Golf Cart Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of golf carts, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Learn to diagnose issues through hands-on experience and technical manuals, contributing to efficient and timely repairs.
• Participate in routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of golf carts.
• Support senior mechanics with complex repairs, gaining exposure to advanced techniques and practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are safely stored and well-maintained.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately to support service records and customer communication.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in automotive or small engine repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Desire to pursue a career in automotive technology or mechanics.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Understanding of basic mechanical principles and tools used in repair tasks.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software is an advantage.
