Full-Time | $15 – $16 per hour

Southern Hills Plantation Club is seeking motivated Golf Course Laborers to support the maintenance and upkeep of our championship golf course. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Golf Course Laborers assist the agronomy team with a variety of tasks that help ensure the course is prepared each day for member and guest play.

Responsibilities

• Perform general golf course maintenance including raking bunkers, filling divots, and maintaining course cleanliness
• Assist with trimming, edging, and landscape maintenance
• Support daily course setup including moving tee markers, setting cups, and maintaining practice areas
• Help with irrigation checks and minor repairs as directed
• Assist equipment operators and supervisors with daily tasks and special projects
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow all club procedures

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Early morning shifts typical for golf course maintenance operations

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
