Golf Course Maintenance- Delray Beach Clubs

This role supports Lakeview Golf Club and Delray Beach Golf Club in Delray Beach, FL—two complementary courses offering both a relaxed executive-style experience and a traditional championship layout.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications
• Safely operate and maintain maintenance equipment
• Maintain equipment logs (oil, gas, service records)
• Clean and inspect machinery before and after use
• Report mechanical issues to the Superintendent
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain course grounds, including turf, trees, and landscaping
• Assist with special projects as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling.
• Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
