Within the gates of Black Rock, you will find a Jim Engh designed championship golf course which is one of the premier golf experiences in the country.
The Golf Course Maintenance/ Landscape Crew is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, health, and playability of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This role involves landscaping, turf care, irrigation, and general grounds maintenance to ensure the course meets high-quality standards for members and guests.
Start and end dates are flexible, but ideally, we would like team members to commit to working from the end of April through the end of October 2026. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time seasonal employment. Schedules include one weekend day off, excluding tournaments. Employees can work 40+ hours per week including weekends with morning and afternoon shifts available.

Mow fairways, greens, tees, and rough according to established schedules

Trim and edge around bunkers, cart paths, trees, and landscaped areas

Plant, prune, and maintain shrubs, flowers, and ornamental plants

Rake bunkers and repair divots and ball marks

Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs

Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and pest control treatments as directed

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractors, etc.)

Remove debris, leaves, and fallen branches from grounds

Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Assist with special projects and tournament preparation

Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance experience preferred

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely

Basic knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
