Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing fixtures, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform landscaping and gardening tasks to ensure the property's curb appeal.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Familiarity with landscaping and lawn care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
