Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and appearance of the golf course by performing lawn care, landscaping, and gardening tasks using hand tools and power tools.
• Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules, monitor for issues, and make necessary adjustments to promote healthy turf growth.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with planting, pruning, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control to support vibrant turf and plant health.
• Perform general groundskeeping duties including debris removal, edging, raking bunkers, and ensuring pathways are clean and safe for golfers.
• Collaborate with team members to implement landscape improvements and maintain the overall aesthetic of the course.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools, chemicals, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscaping practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, gardening equipment, and horticulture principles will support your success in this role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
