We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the daily maintenance and operations of our golf course. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turf management, irrigation systems, and landscaping, ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all maintenance and landscaping activities.
• Manage irrigation systems and soil nutrition programs.
• Lead and train groundskeeping staff.
• Monitor turf conditions, pest control, and fertilizer applications.
• Ensure the course is playable and aesthetically maintained year-round.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in golf course management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of modern irrigation, machinery, and sustainable maintenance practices.
