The Finance Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily financial operations at Qiddiya Golf. Operating within a world-class 5-star luxury framework, this role safeguards the financial integrity of the club by managing revenue reconciliation, accounts payable, and cash controls. -
Prepare the "Daily Flash Report" for the General Manager and Department Heads, highlighting key revenue statistics (RevPAR, Average Tee Time Yield, Retail Spend per Head).
-
Audit physical inventory counts in the Pro Shop and F&B outlets, identifying variance causes (shrinkage, waste, or data entry error).
Accounts Payable & Receivable
-
Process invoices from suppliers (e.g., Titleist, Callaway, turf equipment maintenance), ensuring 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Receiving Note, Invoice) before payment authorisation.
-
Manage the billing for corporate golf days and tournaments, ensuring deposits are collected in advance, and final invoices are settled post-event promptly.
-
Maintain the Member Ledger, processing monthly statements and following up on aged debt with tact and professionalism.
-
Reconcile supplier statements monthly to ensure no disruption in the supply chain for critical retail or agronomy goods.
Cash Handling & Banking

-
Prepare daily banking deposits and coordinate with the security provider for cash-in-transit collections.
