Position Overview
The Outside Golf Operations Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional golf experience. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the golf facility, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-presented environment, and assisting members and guests with all aspects of their golfing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all members and guests upon arrival.
• Assist with the handling, cleaning, and staging of golf bags, trolleys, and carts.
• Ensure golf carts are fully charged, clean, and presented to the highest standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all outside operations areas, including the cart staging area, bag drop, and practice facilities.
• Provide support on the driving range, including setting up, maintaining, and collecting practice balls.
• Monitor pace of play and provide on-course assistance when required.
• Uphold Al Dhannah Golf Club’s service standards, ensuring members and guests receive outstanding hospitality at all times.
• Assist with tournament preparation and execution as directed by the Golf Operations team.
• Report any operational or maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor/manager.
• Promote and adhere to all club rules, policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous golf experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of golf is an advantage but training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
