The Golf Operations Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the
overall customer service experience from the first point of contact to the
end of the game is exceptional. This role requires effective
communication to meet guest preferences and support all areas within
the Golf Operations department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Establish positive relationships with guests by using names
and creating a personalized experience.
Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed expectations.
Collaborate with the golf operations team to ensure seamless
five-star service.
Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all guests.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and proactive
service mindset.
Support daily operations, including bag drop, locker room
management, staging, and driving range assistance.
Maintain clean and organized areas in all operational zones.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications

Previous experience in a golf or hospitality environment is
preferred.
Familiarity with customer service practices and commitment
to high-quality guest experiences.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
when required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and
procedures.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including early
mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Skills Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Comfortable lifting and moving golf bags, equipment, and
supplies (up to 20 kg).
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
