Location: The Track, Meydan Golf
We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Golf Reservation Agent - Team Leader to join our team at The Track, Meydan Golf. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about golf, guest service, and maintaining high operational standards in a prestigious golf environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Responsible for the reservation team and sets standards and expectations.
- · Delegates effectively to all members of the reservations team.
- · Performs opening and closing procedures for the golf shop and kiosk
- · Responsible for accountability of all sales and money transactions made
- · Acknowledges guests upon entrance into retail facility
- · Assists guests by preparing any special orders requested
- · Collects applicable fees from guests as they arrive
- · Encourages the team to upsell and promote Troon Programs
- · Encourages the team to upsell and promote Wildcards & Golf Lessons
- · Updates daily sales targets for golf academy
- · Prepares golf shop signage
- · Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Director of Golf & Admin Executive.
- · Attends Weekly Staff Meetings
- · Track and maintain records of lost and found items.
- · Responsible for 59 club feedback and puts plans in place to enhance our overall performance.
- · Ensures Ball Machine area is kept organized so that items are easy to locate
- · Makes reservations (tee-times, classes, etc) and assists guests on the phone
- · Assists guests by selling wildcard, lesson and providing information in a professional manner
- · Assists with general cleaning of the shop.
- · Works closely with Outside Service Team to facilitate orderly start and play on the golf course
- · Performs other duties as required
- · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- · Recommends satisfied guests to complete Google reviews / guest feedback surveys and obtains constructive guest feedback and relays to management
- · Regular and Reliable attendance
- · Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a guest service or golf operations role preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve lifting, walking, and working outdoors.
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset.
