GOLF/CLUB CART SUPERVISOR

Actively hiring for Golf Cart Supervisor locally in Doha (Qatar).

JOB TITLE: Golf Cart Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 9 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: Up to QAR 1300 per Month

Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the Company.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school or Equivalent

Experience: At least one year of experience.

Driving License: Must possess driving license of any country.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to golf cart attendants and other outside services staff.
• Train new employees and assist with scheduling.
• Act as the main point of contact between staff and senior management.
• Oversee daily maintenance, cleaning, and organization of all golf carts.
• Ensure golf carts are charged, clean, and properly staged for use.
• Manage and perform maintenance on other equipment, such as the range picker and beverage carts.
• Ensure the driving range is set up correctly each morning and cleaned in the evening.
• Ensure a clean and presentable appearance for the golf carts, bag drop area, and driving range.
• Assist guests with loading their clubs and provide information about course rules and playing conditions.
• Communicate with the Pro Shop and other departments to coordinate activities.
• Monitor the pace of play and ensure golf etiquette is being followed.
• Assist in securing all equipment and storage areas.
