Job Summary

Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns

Food Preparation

  • Prepare menu items according to company standards
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Operations Support

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and workstations
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members during shifts

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow health and safety standards at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment and tools

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in GCC in F&B or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
