Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Google AD specialist and Social Media Marketing specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively connect with our target audience across various platforms.

Digital Marketing & Google Ads Specialist

Hemptique – Vista, CA (Be vailable for in person meetings - Remote)

We need a sharp digital marketer who can execute fast, think analytically, and support our growing e-commerce brand.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

1. Google Ads Proficiency (MUST)

• Build, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.

• Improve ROAS, reduce waste, and manage budgets effectively.

2. Analytical Strong Performer

• Comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, attribution, and reporting.

• Able to interpret data and make smart performance decisions.

3. Team Player - Non negotiable

• Work closely with our SEO, social media, and graphics teams.

• Ensure all channels align with brand and growth strategy.

4. Social Shop Expertise

• Proven experience setting up TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and Facebook Shop.

• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and keep product feeds clean.

Additional Helpful Skills

• Email marketing experience (automation + optimization).

• Shopify and tracking integration knowledge.

• Ability to execute without hand-holding.
