Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, keyword research experience, and a clear understanding of paid advertising strategies to generate leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Write compelling ad copies with strong CTAs
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversions
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies
- Monitor daily performance and prepare reports
- Implement conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager basics
- Use ad extensions to improve ad visibility
- A/B test ads and landing pages
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Understanding of Quality Score, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Experience with keyword research tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page optimization
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
