We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage search campaigns focused specifically on generating qualified leads for custom software development services. The ideal candidate will know how to work within a limited budget while maximizing ROI through precise targeting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search Ad campaigns targeting decision-makers seeking custom software solutions
- Conduct effective keyword research with a focus on intent and conversion
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with our service offerings
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPC and increase conversions
- Monitor performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results
- Provide clear, periodic reports with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Search Ads with a focus on lead generation
- Ability to deliver measurable results with a constrained budget
- Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization
- Experience advertising for B2B or technology services is strongly preferred
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Reliable communication and reporting skills
