Google Ads Expert – B2B Lead Generation

About Us:
We run an industrial directory and magazine. Our goal is simple: generate genuine business enquiries for listed companies.

What you will do:

• Run Search campaigns on Google Ads
• Target industrial keywords (automation, PLC, sensors, manufacturers, etc.)
• Generate enquiries (form fills / calls), not just traffic
• Optimize campaigns regularly to reduce cost per lead

Campaign Scope:

• Starting ad budget: ₹30K–₹1L/month
• Scope to scale based on performance

You must have:

• Proven experience generating B2B leads using Google Ads
• Ability to manage campaigns independently
• Clear understanding of conversion tracking

Mandatory (No application without this):

• Screenshot of past campaign results
• Cost per lead achieved
• Monthly budget handled

We will not consider:

• Freshers
• Candidates without proof
• Agencies sending generic proposals

Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical task.
