Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

RoutingRx is a rapidly growing healthcare logistics and technology company transforming how pharmacies deliver medications and medical equipment to patients. We partner directly with independent pharmacies, healthcare providers, and care teams to streamline delivery, improve patient outcomes, and drive pharmacy growth through innovative infrastructure.

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team and lead strategic growth by building relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

This role is ideal for individuals who understand the healthcare ecosystem and can communicate value at both an operational and clinical level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with independent pharmacies, medical offices, and healthcare providers
  • Present RoutingRx’s delivery and software solutions in a clear, value-driven manner
  • Identify operational gaps within pharmacies and position RoutingRx as the solution
  • Drive new business through in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client success and retention

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare strongly preferred
  • (e.g., pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, medical assistants, or individuals with clinical or healthcare system experience)
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or B2B sales is a plus
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient care workflows, or healthcare systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

Compensation:

  • Competitive base + commission structure

Pay: $2,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
