Independent Medical Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Independent Medical Sales Representativeto drive growth within the Nevada market. This is a commission-only (1099)opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build and own a territory.

This role focuses on driving adoption of biologics/bone graft products within the spine and orthopedic space by developing relationships with physicians, expanding product utilization, and supporting accounts across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

*Candidates must reside in NV*

Duties

• Develop and manage relationships with Spine/Orthopedic Surgeons
• Manage accounts and maintain consistent follow-up
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.
• Support procedures/cases as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical sales experience (spine/ortho preferred)
• Existing relationships within Nevada healthcare market preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a commission-only structure

Compensation

• 100% commission-based paid monthly
• Uncapped earning potential
