SEO and Website Design is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Phoenix, AZ. We specialize in lead generation for home service companies, including plumbing, HVAC, and water damage restoration brands across the U.S. Our campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and designed to generate high-quality inbound calls and form leads through Google Ads, LSAs, and SEO.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google PPC Expert who has a proven track record in lead generation for the home services industry. The ideal candidate has managed multiple campaigns at scale—preferably in emergency plumbing, water damage restoration, or similar 24/7 service sectors—and understands how to optimize for conversions, not just clicks.

This is a remote position, but you’ll be working closely with our Phoenix-based team to manage and optimize paid campaigns for locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for local service-based clients across multiple metro areas.
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies focused on generating qualified leads (calls, forms, LSAs).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Write high-performing ad copy and test variations to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and geographic targeting for performance and efficiency.
  • Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and CallRail integrations.
  • Report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CVR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and design teams to ensure landing pages align with ad goals and improve Quality Scores.
  • Stay up to date on Google Ads algorithm updates, bidding strategies, and automation best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC management experience (required).
  • Proven experience in lead generation for home services (plumbing, HVAC, water damage, restoration, roofing, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization and call-based lead tracking.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and CallRail.
  • Experience managing multi-location or nationwide campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
