About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Google Ads Specialist / PPC Expert to fully manage, optimize, and scale high-performance Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, e-commerce advertising, and large-budget campaign management with proven ROI.
This role requires deep knowledge of PPC advertising, Google Ads strategy, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and full-funnel performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), YouTube/Video, and Remarketing.
- Develop data-driven PPC strategies to maximize ROAS, conversions, CPL goals, and lead generation quality.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, negative keyword setup, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
- Perform daily optimization through bidding strategies, ad copy testing, audience segmentation, feed optimization, and landing page alignment.
- Manage and scale high-budget campaigns ($50K+ per month) with a strong focus on performance growth and cost optimization.
- Implement accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion tracking.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns including remarketing funnels, custom intent audiences, and search demand trends.
- Build insightful PPC performance reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to enhance landing page experience and increase conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads & PPC campaign management experience.
- Proven success managing large budgets ($50K+/month) with measurable ROI improvements.
- Advanced knowledge of Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and Discovery campaigns.
- Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and full-funnel tracking setup.
- Expertise in bidding strategies, quality score optimization, ad copywriting, feed management, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement) preferred.
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, remarketing funnels, and performance marketing tools is a plus.
