Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development

  • Build and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Identify KPIs and performance benchmarks for each digital campaign.

Multichannel Campaign Management

  • Run and manage paid campaigns mainly on Google Ads & Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager).
  • Optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, App Campaigns, and Social Media paid campaigns.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and messaging consistency across all ad placements.

Budget Planning & Optimization

  • Define and manage budgets effectively to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Continuously monitor ad spend and optimize bids, targeting, and creatives.

Ad Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, and video content.
  • Ensure creative assets follow brand guidelines and audience relevance.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

  • Use advanced targeting tools on Google & Meta to reach the right demographics, interests, and user behaviour segments.
  • Build audience segments, lookalikes, retargeting lists, and refined funnels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance through Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Conversion Tracking & Optimization

  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, UTM tagging, event setups, and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager & Meta Events Manager.
  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, and ads for higher conversions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of experience in media buying with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to run, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across paid social and paid search.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, App Tracking, etc.
  • Good communication skills, multitasking ability, and strong understanding of performance marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
