Google Ads (Meta Ads)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
● Demonstrated success in managing international campaigns, particularly for service-based clients.
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
● Strong analytical skills with expertise in using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
● Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
● Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
● Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.
● Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals and ad assets.
● Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
● Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements
● Proven 1 year experience as a Performance Marketer specialist for US based clients, especially in services marketing
● Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
● Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
