Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist

Karachi, Pakistan

Timings: EST hours


Objective:

Own paid media execution and optimization (Google Ads, LSAs, Meta Ads), ensuring profitable growth and continuous ROAS improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Management

o Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) campaigns.

o Manage Google Local Services Ads (LSAs): bids, profiles, reviews strategy.

o Oversee Meta Ads campaigns where relevant to acquisition funnel.

o Monitor and adjust budgets for maximum efficiency and lead volume.


• Testing & Optimization

o Run structured A/B tests on ads, copy, and landing pages.

o Partner with design team on creative refreshes (banners, assets).

o Continuously improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.


• Reporting & Insights

o Deliver weekly paid media performance reports with next-step recommendations.

o Track and report cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and lead quality.


Required Experience:

• 3–5 years managing Google Ads campaigns with $50K+/month spend.

• Deep experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.

• Hands-on with Google LSAs and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong record of ROAS improvement and CPL reduction.

• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, Data Studio/Looker for reporting.

• Skilled in A/B testing frameworks and interpreting results.


Success Metrics:

• ROAS improved by ≥15% within 90 days.

• CPL reduction across top GEOs.

• ≥2 creative/test variants launched per month.

• CTR and conversion rates outperform industry benchmarks.
