Google Ads PPC Expert – Full-Time (Evening Shift)

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Location: On-site (In-house role)

About the Role

Digital Elites Global is hiring an experienced Google Ads PPC Expert with minimum 3 years of agency-level experience managing high-budget ad accounts. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in optimizing campaigns, handling complex accounts, resolving suspensions, and working closely with design & development teams for conversion-focused improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Lead Gen
• Develop full-funnel strategies for lead generation and conversion optimization
• Handle Google Ads account suspensions, policy violations, and appeal processes
• Build, scale & analyze Performance Max and Display campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and developers for CTR & conversion improvements
• Make data-driven decisions using Google Analytics (GA4), GTAG, GTM & enhanced measurement tools
• Improve landing pages (WordPress/HTML basic understanding required)
• Conduct weekly reporting & performance analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable digital marketing agency
• Strong experience managing high-budget Google Ads accounts
• Expert-level knowledge of: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Lead Gen
• Experience handling account suspensions & policies
• Understanding of HTML basics and WordPress landing pages
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, GTAG & conversion tracking
• Strong analytical & communication skills
