We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & PPC Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. You will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting with a clear focus on ROI and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Write compelling ad copy and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Monitor daily spend, bids, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with the design/dev team
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current on platform updates, beta features, and industry trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to make decisions
- Experience with eCommerce or B2B lead generation campaigns preferred
- Google Ads certification is a plus
