Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Google/Meta Ads and PPC Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to overall advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for campaign adjustments to improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
• Support the development of landing pages and other assets to enhance conversion rates.
• Help manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-1 years of experience in Google Ads and/or Meta advertising (internships included).
• Familiarity with PPC best practices and digital marketing principles.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications.
• Experience with remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
