ELEVA is growing fast — and we’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads & SEO expert who understands performance, strategy, and scaling businesses.

This is NOT a basic execution role.
We want someone who thinks like a growth partner.

What You’ll Be Doing Google Ads (Primary Focus)

• Plan, launch & optimize Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
• High-converting landing page strategy input
• Keyword research & competitor analysis
• A/B testing ads & creatives
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPL & scale campaigns
• Conversion tracking setup (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels)
• Monthly reporting with insights (not just numbers)

SEO (Strategic + Execution)

• Technical SEO audits
• On-page optimization
• Keyword clustering & content strategy
• Local SEO optimization
• Backlink strategy
• Blog & landing page optimization
• Rank improvement & organic lead generation

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven results (show us case studies / screenshots)
• Strong understanding of search intent & conversion funnels
• Experience with GA4, GTM & tracking
• SEO strategy + implementation knowledge
• Data-driven mindset
• Strong communication & reporting skills
• Agency experience is a plus

We do NOT want:
Only theory knowledge
Someone who “boosts posts”
Vanity metric focus
