Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to refine targeting and improve ad performance.
• Manage ad budgets and strategically allocate spend across Google Ads campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements:

• 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and related tools.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
