Digital Marketing Specialist- (Meta ,Google, Linkedin)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and refining strategies across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase reach, visibility, and conversions.
Conducted media buying activities, including ad placement, performance tracking, and budget management.
Optimize campaigns using data-driven techniques to enhance ROI.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Use CRM and automation tools to manage campaign workflows and customer engagement.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all marketing materials are creative, effective, and brand-aligned.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in PPC, SEO, funnel creation, and retargeting.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and retargeting strategies.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
