About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan and execute high-performing paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max & App campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads optimization, analytics, and lead generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPL and improve conversion rates.
• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, competitor analysis & audience segmentation.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and create weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage landing page performance in collaboration with the web team.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager & other tracking tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure best use of spending.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in Google Ads management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, and related tools.
• Experience in lead generation & performance marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication & reporting skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
