Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, PPC campaign management, and web analytics. This role involves managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising efforts to drive targeted traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI for our clients. The Google Ads Specialist will also utilize SEO tools, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic digital marketing team focused on innovative media buying and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Manage daily campaign optimization including bid adjustments, ad copy testing, audience targeting refinement, and budget allocation.
  • Utilize SEO tools and SEM techniques to enhance ad relevance and improve organic search rankings where applicable.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Web analytics tools, and other tracking systems to analyze key metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase lead generation and e-commerce sales through targeted media buying and media planning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging.
  • Maintain detailed reports on campaign performance for internal review and client updates.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO/SEM best practices, new advertising platforms, and emerging tools like DoubleClick for advanced media planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC Campaign Management including budgeting, bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, SEM techniques, conversion optimization strategies, and media buying processes.
  • Experience managing campaigns for E-commerce sites or online businesses is preferred.
  • Knowledge of media planning software like DoubleClick is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning new digital marketing trends and tools in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $24.24 - $29.19 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
