Google Ads Specialist (60k to 120k)

Iyrix Tech is a rapidly growing digital marketing and technology company providing SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, and Web Design solutions to clients across the U.S. We’re seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max networks.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on driving leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for optimized targeting.
• Write persuasive ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimization to improve conversion performance.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, performance marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.
