Google Ads Specialist – Forex & CFDs (Middle East & Africa)
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Google Ads Specialist with proven experience in the Forex and CFDs trading industry to plan, execute, and optimize high-performance digital advertising campaigns.
The successful candidate will manage Google Ads across Search, Display, and Video, drive qualified leads, and maximize ROI while ensuring full regulatory and compliance adherence across Middle Eastern and African markets.
This role is a fixed-term contract covering parental leave, and prior experience within financial services—specifically Forex brokers in the UAE—is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) tailored to Forex and CFDs trading audiences
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, intent-driven keywords
- Create compelling, compliant ad copy to drive CTR and conversions
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, goals, and funnels within Google Ads and Google Analytics
2. Performance & Optimization
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting financial constraints
- Perform A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and formats
- Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with management
3. Market, Brand & Regional Management
- Act as brand custodian for the Middle East and African regions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and house style
- Update internal teams on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
- Provide market-specific insights for individual territories to improve campaign effectiveness
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to maintain a competitive advantage
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Communications, Marketing, Web Development, and Sales teams
- Support the wider marketing team in developing webinars, digital content, and social media campaigns, ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with Head Office Marketing to develop and maintain Middle East and African websites, including updates aligned with Spectra upgrades
- Align marketing initiatives with local sales priorities
5. Compliance & Content Management
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regional financial regulations and internal compliance guidelines
- Oversee the creation of new marketing literature and ad-hoc materials
- Manage translations across regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven Forex trading industry experience (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role with a Forex broker in the UAE
- Strong experience across paid search, display, social, and affiliate channels
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of PPC best practices and trends
- Experience with HTML and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills
- Results-driven, strategic mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Profile
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments
- Strong understanding of FX and CFDs trading products
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
