Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven fresher to join our performance marketing team as a Media Buyer. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms. You’ll learn from experienced media buyers and gradually take ownership of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) and compile performance reports.
• Perform audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with design & content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Support in budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign scaling.
• Test ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve performance.
• Stay updated with latest platform policies, features, and industry best practices.
• Participate in weekly brainstorming & strategy sessions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and paid media.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads (even theoretical).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
