Google SEO Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a results-driven Google SEO Specialist to join our remote team full-time. The role focuses on improving organic search visibility, website performance, traffic growth, and SEO execution aligned with Google best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings and organic traffic.


• Optimise website content, landing pages, metadata, headings, and internal linking.


• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawl-ability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.


• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.


• Prepare SEO reports with clear recommendations to improve traffic, rankings, and conversions.



• Manage off-page SEO activities, backlink building, and SEO support for website updates or migrations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with strong knowledge of Google search algorithms.


• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush.


• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.


• Ability to analyse SEO performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.



• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Shopify.


• Familiarity with Google Ads, PPC monitoring, or campaign setup.


• Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization.


• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.


• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation software.



• Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK time. Open to Weekend availability.


• Pay: Starting from $300/month, subject to experience.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
