SEO Specialist (Google SEO + Local SEO + AI SEO):

F8 Markaz, Islamabad

Salary Package:

• Fixed Salary: PKR 70,000 / month
• Performance Bonus: PKR 10,000 / month additional upon achieving Top #1 rankings on multiple high-search keywords approved by management.

Role Purpose

To grow inbound leads, calls, and inquiries by ranking the company and group businesses on Google search results, Google Maps, and emerging AI search platforms.

This role must directly contribute to business growth through search visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle SEO

• Rank websites for relevant high-intent keywords such as:
• Event management company Islamabad
• Catering services Islamabad
• Marquee booking Islamabad
• Corporate event planners Pakistan
• On-page SEO optimization
• Technical SEO audits
• Keyword research and expansion
• Competitor analysis

Local SEO

• Optimize Google Business Profiles
• Improve Maps visibility
• Manage review strategy
• Increase call and direction requests

AI SEO

• Optimize for AI-driven search platforms
• Build structured FAQs
• Improve entity authority of company brands
• Implement schema markup

Growth & Reporting

• Track rankings weekly
• Track calls/leads from organic channels
• Present monthly progress reports

KPI Targets

• Achieve Top 2 / Top 1 rankings on priority keywords
• Increase daily inbound calls
• Improve Google Maps visibility
• Grow website traffic and inquiries
• Generate measurable revenue opportunities

Requirements

• Proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of local SEO
• Experience with tools such as Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive mindset with growth focus
