Job Overview

We are looking for a Google/Meta Ads Specialist & Social Media Manager who can manage our social media platforms and run high-performing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media growth strategies.

Candidates currently in the UAE on a visit visa or available for immediate joining are welcome to apply. Remote and part-time opportunities are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage and grow company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging social media content, captions, and marketing creatives
• Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ad performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Coordinate with the team to align marketing campaigns with business goals

Requirements

• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
• Experience managing social media accounts for business or marketing purposes
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience targeting
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
• Candidates currently in UAE on visit visa are encouraged to apply
