Governance Analyst

We are currently supporting a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi in their search for a Governance Analyst professional.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and governance documentation.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure of decisions and resolutions.
  • Maintain governance calendars, annual schedules, and committee timelines.
  • Liaise with senior management, committees, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of decisions.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate governance framework, including governance reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Manage governance reporting, corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and official documentation.
  • Ensure proper organization, confidentiality, and accuracy of governance and corporate records.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in committee coordination, corporate governance, or board administration.
  • Exposure to corporate governance, legal, or company secretarial functions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
  • Additional qualifications in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice will be considered an advantage.
