We are currently supporting a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi in their search for a
Governance Analyst professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and governance documentation.

Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure of decisions and resolutions.

Maintain governance calendars, annual schedules, and committee timelines.

Liaise with senior management, committees, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of decisions.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate governance framework, including governance reviews, audits, and compliance activities.

Manage governance reporting, corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and official documentation.

Ensure proper organization, confidentiality, and accuracy of governance and corporate records.
Requirements:

Proven experience in committee coordination, corporate governance, or board administration.

Exposure to corporate governance, legal, or company secretarial functions is preferred.

Demonstrated track record in managing and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).

Additional qualifications in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice will be considered an advantage.
