We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Head of Governance and change management Mission Critical based in Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Govern the deployment of the Mission Critical Program across all domains
• Shape the overall governance structure of the program
• Create a structure for measuring success, develop a plan to hit key success indicators.
• Work with various organizations, including Customer, to ensure that milestones are met as per the program targets.
• Develop a Communication and Stakeholder Engagement strategy. Ensure all stakeholders are informed at the right time of the right information about the ongoing progress, risks and future plans.
• Proactively insure that mitigation actions are in place for program risks in coordination with respective local teams
• Oversee change request management to ensure compliance with internal- and external processes in a way where we are meeting all requirements regarding related processes

You will bring

• 10 + years’ experience in leading teams in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in leading the change
• Extensive knowledge and recent successful track record in Program Management, change management3, life cycle management and support areas related to delivering Ericsson programs to markets
• Extensive knowledge in financial management
• Extensive knowledge in Ericsson processes
• Proven strong leadership- collaboration skills.
• Strong influential skills and ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
• Proven track record in driving Effectiveness and Efficiency across all disciplines
• Experience in driving fast and complex changes
• Proven track record of being a team player, building strong and highly empowered teams
• Your attitude is characterized by "one Ericsson"
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Excellent presentation & reporting skills.
