Governance & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee and monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding corporate governance.
• Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews and manage the compliance monitoring program.
• Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage regulatory filings and documentation.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience , predominantly in Compliance domain.
• Experience working with related entities such as fund of funds, sovereign wealth funds, or government-backed investment firms.
• Strong KYC expertise: prior experience in a similar role is essential.
