We are looking for an experienced Governance & Compliance Manager to ensure effective governance practices, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance within our institute. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, monitoring compliance procedures, managing risks, and supporting transparent and accountable institutional processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and compliance procedures
- Ensure institutional activities follow internal policies and applicable regulations
- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and risk assessments
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain official records
- Coordinate audits and follow-up actions
- Advise management on governance and regulatory matters
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements
- Deliver compliance guidance and awareness sessions for staff
- Monitor updates in relevant laws, policies, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in governance, compliance, audit, or risk management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly
