Governance, Compliance & Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Manager of Governance, Compliance & Risk . This role will play a critical part in ensuring organizational sustainability, compliance with local and international regulations, and embedding best practices in governance and enterprise risk management.

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and implement corporate governance policies and frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure policies remain aligned with local and international standards.
• Lead compliance programs, address non-compliance cases, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Design and oversee an enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM), including identifying, classifying, and mitigating risks.
• Report regularly to executive management and relevant committees on governance, compliance, and risk.
• Supervise and mentor the team, driving a culture of accountability and compliance.
• Promote awareness through internal training and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations (e.g., Central Bank, CMA, Ministry of Commerce) and relevant international standards (COSO, ISO 31000, Basel).
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and policy development skills.
• High integrity, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills.
