Duties and Responsibilities

Develop management policies and procedures and follow specific procedures to achieve management objectives.

Adhere to the organization's internal regulations and policies.

Design governance frameworks, systems, and controls that regulate relationships between stakeholders and achieve a set of principles such as fairness, transparency, and equality.

Develop and implement governance principles, establish policies, and continuously update them in accordance with changes in regulatory requirements and best practices in public sector governance.

Reflect legislation and regulations assigned by legislative bodies on operational plans.

Align the Center's policies and develop measurement indicators to ensure their implementation and measure their effectiveness.

Audit the organization's performance standards and financial regulations to ensure the organization's implementation of specified financial standards.

Issue an annual report that includes the organization commitment to governance policies, procedures, and operational processes.

Develop a clear, specific, fair, and objective mechanism for accountability.

Identify gaps in all policies and procedures and propose necessary corrective actions.
-
Identify, control, update, and automate the procedures required for the center's operational processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Field of specialization in (Business Administration - Engineering - Project Management) or equivalent
-
Minimum 9 years of experience in Governance.

Familiarity with administrative work and presentations.

Experience in both public and private sectors is preferred
