  • Target agencies such as HRSA, VA, NIH, DOE, and local health & education departments.
  • Proposal & Grant Writing

  • Collaborate with program, product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Contract/Grant Negotiation & Execution
  • Manage negotiations to secure favorable terms and maintain compliance with government regulations (FAR, Uniform Guidance, Grants.gov).
  • Oversee contract/grant execution, tracking deliverables, milestones, budgets, and reporting.
  • Relationship Management
  • Cultivate relationships with government decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for ongoing contract and grant administration, renewals, and audits.
  • Cross-Company Enablement
  • Support Residents Medical in securing funding for GME expansion, hospital-based programs, and international placements.
  • Enable edYOU to obtain grants/contracts for AI-powered learning platforms, LMS integrations, and underserved student outreach.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor trends, policies, and competitive landscape in healthcare, education, and workforce development sectors.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking (e.g., CRM), report on progress, and forecast opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPA or related advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of successful government contracts/grants experience in healthcare, education, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in full‑cycle proposal writing, negotiations, and compliance with FAR/Uniform Guidance
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling proposals
