Job Responsibilities:

  • Register the units on Oqood system in DLD (Dubai Land Department).
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork for the conveyance process accurately and within designated timelines.
  • Prepare NOCs & and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the organization to support the conveyancing process.
  • Verification of buyer information like passports, EIDs, or any other document relevant to buying the property in Dubai
  • Verification of buyer's home country address on Oracle as these required on the purchase contracts Buyer profiling on the system, input of correct data and verification
  • Translation of buyer information to Arabic on Oracle
  • Co-ordinating between sales customer service dept to complete the sale process related to documentation
  • Co-ordinating with Digital-Hub for updating information or documents
  • Payment plan revision authority on Oracle
  • Co-ordinating with clients in case of verification of information or documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 Year experience as administrator with any developer in Dubai
  • Hands on experience using Oqood system.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with proficiency in MS Office, Excell and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
