noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Ensuring full compliance for dark stores, delivery operations, rider permits, and commercial licensing.
• Leading approvals, permits, and regulatory pathways for rapid city and dark-store launches, coordinating with internal legal, operations, and expansion teams to unblock issues and reduce launch timelines
• Act as the company’s external representative with Saudi authorities, proactively shaping regulatory discussions and handling inspections and escalations,

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in government relations, project management, and operations within the quick commerce or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling new businesses.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
