Job Summary

IMAR Overseas KSA is seeking a highly experienced Saudi professional with a strong background in government platforms and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD) procedures.

The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, monitoring regulatory updates, managing company records on official platforms, and coordinating directly with relevant authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with government systems and labor compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Labor Law Compliance & Advisory

  • Ensure company compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related executive regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret updates issued by MHRSD and other regulatory authorities.
  • Advise management and HR on labor law implications and required actions.
  • Review company file to ensure alignment with current regulations.

2. Government Platforms Management

Manage and oversee company accounts on official platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD)
  • Qiwa Platform
  • Muqeem
  • GOSI
  • Absher Business
  • Mudad (WPS)

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring Saudization (Nitaqat) status.
  • Handling employment contracts through Qiwa.
  • Managing work permits, transfers, and renewals.
  • Ensuring timely updates and submissions.
  • Following up on violations and penalties.

3. Saudization & Workforce Compliance

  • Monitor Nitaqat compliance and Saudization percentages.
  • Coordinate recruitment strategy to maintain required Saudization levels.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management review.

4. Ministry & Authority Coordination

  • Liaise directly with the Ministry of Human Resources and other government entities.
  • Represent the company in inspections, audits, or compliance reviews.
  • Manage responses to official inquiries or notices.
  • Handle labor disputes in coordination with HR and legal counsel

5. Compliance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct periodic internal compliance audits.
  • Prepare monthly compliance status reports.
  • Identify risk areas and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.

6. Policy & Regulatory Updates

  • Continuously track changes in labor law, Saudization programs, and government requirements.
  • Update management on regulatory changes affecting operations.
  • Propose policy adjustments based on new legislation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in:
  • Labor compliance
  • Government relations
  • Saudi legal platforms
  • Ministry of Human Resources procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and executive regulations.
  • Previous experience in the construction or contracting sector is highly preferred.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business.
  • Strong understanding of Nitaqat system.
  • Ability to interpret legal texts and regulatory circulars.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
