  • Follows all relevant procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in Government
  • Relations to ensure continuity of work.
  • Prepares, submits, and follows up on all government transactions such as visas, iqamas, renewals, transfers, and company licenses.
  • Coordinates with government entities including the Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, Jawazat, and Chamber of Commerce to complete required documentation.
  • Maintains accurate records of all transactions, renewals, and government correspondence.
  • Ensures compliance with all Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial regulations.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Provides timely updates to management on changes in government procedures or regulations that may impact the company.
Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in government relations or a similar administrative role.
