Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in Government
Relations to ensure continuity of work.
Prepares, submits, and follows up on all government transactions such as visas, iqamas, renewals, transfers, and company licenses.
Coordinates with government entities including the Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, Jawazat, and Chamber of Commerce to complete required documentation.
Maintains accurate records of all transactions, renewals, and government correspondence.
Ensures compliance with all Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial regulations.
Builds and maintains positive working relationships with government officials and agencies.
Provides timely updates to management on changes in government procedures or regulations that may impact the company.
Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience
1-5 years of experience in government relations or a similar administrative role.
