Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related documentation, processes, and formalities in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. The PRO will manage visa procedures, employee onboarding documentation, legal renewals, government portal activities, and ensure smooth communication between the company and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Government Relations
- Process and manage all government-related transactions with MOI, MOL, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Absher, ZATCA, and other relevant authorities.
- Handle Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and other residency-related procedures.
- Manage Exit/Re-entry visas, Final exit visas, and related documentation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and government compliance requirements.
2. Visa & Work Permit Management
- Process new visas, work permits, and residency permits for new employees.
- Coordinate medical tests, fingerprints, bio-metrics, and related onboarding formalities.
- Submit and follow up on block visas, visa endorsements, and embassy procedures.
3. Company Documentation & Licensing
- Manage renewal and updates of company documents such as CR, Municipality License, Chamber of Commerce, Saudization certificates, etc.
- Handle all official letters, attestations, and approvals required from government offices.
4. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist in preparing employee documentation for onboarding and government file creation.
- Ensure smooth offboarding including final exit, clearance, and cancellation formalities.
5. Government Portal Management
- Maintain and update company records on:
- Qiwa (contracts, work permit issuance, profession changes)
- Mudad (wage protection system updates)
- GOSI (employee registrations and deletions)
- Absher (approvals, exit-reentry visa issuance)
- ZATCA (if applicable – VAT, tax correspondence)
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure company compliance with Saudi labor and immigration laws.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of government transactions.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of all processed documents.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent understanding of Saudi labor and immigration laws.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, etc.).
